• To qualify for wholesale pricing, retailers must submit a valid tax ID and email a copy of the tax ID documentation upon registration.
• The minimum opening order is $200 (excluding shipping).
• Orders must be placed in case packs of 3 or 6 per scent or style unless otherwise specified.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Products should not be sold below the suggested RRP range. In the event a retailer chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below RRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 20% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Abundant Vibes Candles & Scents LLC and will typically be granted on a quarterly basis. This includes any online retail sales on retailer websites.
• We do not charge sales tax on wholesale orders. All tax responsibilities lie with the retailer, who will appropriately tax customers upon purchase of goods according to federal, state, city, and municipal ordinances.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal. Net terms available upon approval.
• Full payment is required before orders are processed unless Net 30 terms have been established.
• For Net 30 accounts, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee.

• Our high-quality products are often handmade-to-order, and typically ship within 7-10 business days. If within 20 miles, drop-off from seller is an option for delivery and typically happens within 7 business days.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or customs fees for international orders. However, we always strive to identify solutions in these instances.

• All claims for damages or defects must be made within 5 business days of receipt, with photo documentation emailed to us.
• Returns are accepted only for defective items; exchanges or refunds will be processed at our discretion. For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.
• Unauthorized returns without prior discussion and permission from us will not be accepted.

• Our products must be sold under the original brand name unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Retailers may not modify or rebrand our products without express written consent.

• All product names, descriptions, and images remain the sole property of Abundant Vibes Candles & Scents LLC, and may not be used without permission.

We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale relationship at our discretion, particularly if policies are not adhered to.
